Textiles

This series of tapestries is a "thank-you letter" to some the Flathead Reservation's natural places where I love to hike and think.

"Possibles Bag" gave me the opportunity to study decorative knitting stitches and use pick-up stitches to create a crazy-quilt of textures.

The name plays on the traditional Mountain Man's pouch and the idea of the creative possibilities of knitting.
